Admitted Student Days

Today’s the day! Start your morning with a warm welcome from current students, Admissions staff members, and influential members of the Champlain community. From there, you and your family will be guided to the next stop on your fun-filled day.

One of the best parts of Admitted Student Day is the opportunity to meet your classmates! Get to know the other students in your major when we break into academic presentations.

Plus there will be plenty of student leaders on hand to answer any questions about what it’s really like to be a student at Champlain.

Scope out the Victorian-era mansions and count the number of steps between your favorite residence hall to the dining hall, to the library, or anywhere else you see yourself spending lots of time. The tour of our beautiful hillside campus will include our academic buildings, library, the dining hall (and it’s out-of-this-world view!), and more. We’ll also have a special residence hall tour available, so you can get a closer look at the unique spaces that first-year residents call home.

How can you get involved on campus? Where will you hang out, make friends, and make a difference? Our Information Fair will be packed with all the amazing people who will help you answer those questions and make you feel at home here.

Chat with representatives from Housing & Residential Life, the Office of Diversity & Inclusion, the Women’s & Gender Center, Academic Support and Tutoring, the Counseling Center, and more. You’ll also be able to check out campus spaces like the Leahy Center for Digital Forensics & Cybersecurity, state-of-the-art Esports arena, art gallery, and more!

At these special sessions, you’ll get more information about Financial Aid, learn all about career success, explore study abroad opportunities, and hear from Champlain experts about the different resources available to students and families to ensure that your student has a successful transition to life at Champlain.
