Sleep Socks for Social Wellbeing

In this interactive workshop, participants will create their own scented sleep socks to support restful sleep while learning about how quality sleep positively impacts relationships. By focusing on the social benefits of sleep such as improved patience, empathy, and communication, students will see how their sleep routines contribute to being a more considerate and supportive friend, roommate, or classmate. The sleep socks, filled with the soothing scent of lavender, serve as a gentle reminder to prioritize rest as a way to show up more fully for others.
