Ian started at Champlain College in July 2017 as an Area Coordinator. In this role, Ian oversaw leadership skill development opportunities on campus through offerings such as Emerging Leaders, Lead like a Beaver, and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Ian began serving Housing and Residential Life as an Assistant Director in July 2022. In this role, Ian oversees the Resident Advisor program on campus which includes hiring and training RAs for Main Campus and 194 Saint Paul.
