Aubrie was born and raised in Southern Vermont where she developed her love of history from learning about local Revolutionary War battles. She earned her bachelors degrees in History and in Archaeology, Technology, and Historical Structures at the University of Rochester in 2016. In 2017, Aubrie moved to Boston to attend graduate school at Simmons University where she graduated in 2021 with dual-masters degrees in History (MA) and in Library and Information Science: Archives Management (MS).
After finishing graduate school, Aubrie moved back to Vermont and into the Burlington area. She began working at Champlain College shortly thereafter in 2022 in the position she currently holds as a circulation coordinator at the Champlain College Library.
