Library Eresource Access
Online resources are available to all Champlain students, faculty, and staff, both on- and off-campus. Users will typically be asked to log in using their Champlain username and password to access online resources. For help using or navigating library resources, or if you have any technical issues, please contact the library.

Research Help Appointments via Video
Research Help appointments are available via Google Meet and can be scheduled in advance. Appointments are scheduled through an online system during Spring and Fall terms and by contacting the library directly other times of year. Additionally, the Ask the Library Team reference service is available to off-campus users through email, chat, and phone.

The library offers a series of side-by-side tutorials that will teach you how to get the most out of many popular library databases. And if you are looking for a collection of the right resources to research a specific topic, check out our subject research guides.

Scan & Deliver Services
Upon request, we will scan and deliver accessible PDFs from the Library’s print collection. This service is free of charge for Champlain students and employees. Requests can be made using this form. Please allow a minimum turnaround time of 48 hours (Monday-Friday) for your request to be filled. Review the Scan & Deliver Services policy for more details.
