Robert P. Stiller School of Business

Navigate today's demanding business environment while considering your ability to impact change.

Business as usual doesn’t change the world. People do. Discover your impact at the Stiller School of Business.

An essential part of society, business is integrated into our everyday lives. From fair trade practices to how a different tax system might change society, you can contribute your skills to solve problems, add value and uncover hidden potential. Learn to think strategically and work cooperatively to lead to successful business outcomes AND change the world for the better. That’s Business Done Better.

From preparing and filing taxes for Burlington’s underserved communities to investing and managing a portion of our very own endowment at Champlain College, Stiller students graduate ready to for work, ready for life. A Stiller degree is a seamless combination of exceptional education and experience.

And just like the real world, you won’t do it alone. Your faculty will know your name, your strengths, your interests, and your areas for improvement. They’ll help you build skills through classes that include real client-based work. As you learn by doing, you’ll learn to think globally and freely, with confident curiosity.

Putting Stiller Students to the Test

  • a marketing student shaking hands with a professional individual
    Professional competitions

Each year, the Elevator Pitch competition challenges students to put their communication and networking skills, confidence, and ideas to the test for cash prizes and professional practice.

  • a student at a laptop looks at the camera
Funds for the next big thing

The Sarah Ramsey Startup Flight Fund supports students’ entrepreneurial ventures with funding (up to $2,000) and guidance from Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Or be on the other side of the business table and help launch these startups as a Sarah Ramsey Fellow.
