Make A Report
Use the Sexual Misconduct and Title IX Report Form (linked below) to report sexual or gender-based discrimination, harassment, and misconduct, including sexual assault, non-consensual sexual contact, sexual exploitation, intimate partner violence, and stalking to the Title IX Coordinator. This form may be submitted anonymously.
Why should you submit a report?
We strongly encourage you to submit a report if you have experienced a situation that violates Title IX or the Sexual Misconduct Policy. Doing so will allow us to connect you with support, assistance, and resources, and it will also help the College work to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. It is important to note that filing a report does not automatically initiate an investigation. If you are unsure if you’d like to make a report, we encourage you to reach out to one of the confidential resources mentioned above to discuss your options.
All College employees who do not have legally protected confidentiality are considered Responsible Employees and are mandated to report potential violations to this policy.
Additional Reporting Methods
If you would prefer to make your report in person, via email, or via phone, you can reach the Title IX Coordinator in Skiff Hall, Room 117 or at titleix@champlain.edu or (802) 865-6428.
Please Note: Reports are reviewed during normal business hours and may not be immediately addressed. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call Campus Public Safety at (802) 865-6465. They are available 24/7.
