First-Year Housing
First-year students at Champlain live in renovated Victorian-era mansions surrounding campus. It’s not your average cookie-cutter dorm: each room is uniquely different.

Upper-Year Housing
Sophomores, juniors, and seniors have the choice to live in a Victorian-era mansion or contemporary-style building on main campus, or at our 194 St. Paul Street apartments down the hill.

194 St. Paul Street is our modern apartment building located just a few blocks from campus in downtown Burlington. This suite-style living option boasts beautiful views, rooms, and amenities.
