Building Community

In partnership with our residents and student leaders, the Office of Housing & Residential Life fosters the development of inclusive, engaged, and empowered communities. We coach, challenge, and support students as they learn and develop in a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community.

    First-Year Housing

    First-year students at Champlain live in renovated Victorian-era mansions surrounding campus. It’s not your average cookie-cutter dorm: each room is uniquely different.

    Sophomores, juniors, and seniors have the choice to live in a Victorian-era mansion or contemporary-style building on main campus, or at our 194 St. Paul Street apartments down the hill.
